“Jake Bugg’s angrier little brother fronting a super group made up of members of Catfish & The Bottlemen, Arctic Monkeys and Queens of the Stone Age and you’re getting somewhere close” is how Roland Monger ( Listen With Monger Music Blog) described Chay and his band.

‘Around The Sun’ is the Indie/pop outfits most recent release and their 3rd single to date. With Kyran Bignell on drums, Liam Roberts on lead guitar, George Roach on bass and Chay Snowdon Providing vocals and rhythm guitar. The band have already had some great live action in 2017 supporting Vant and The Sherlocks on their sell out Bristol shows, as well as Redfaces in Plymouth. They have also played several frenzied headline shows around the South West.

Chay and the band have also been invited to play this years Liverpool Sound City, 2000 Trees, Grillstock, Home Farm Festival, Boardmasters, Looe Music Festival and British Fireworks Championships on Plymouth Hoe. The boys are also planning their first UK tour for September.

In a relatively short space of time the Plymouth/Bristol based four-piece have become one of the hottest live bands on the circuit, having played festivals last year such as BBC 6 Music Festival, Dot 2 Dot Festival, 2000 Trees, Y-Not Festival, Somerset House Summer Series and headlining The BBC Introducing Stage at Looe Music Festival, word is spreading fast!
